When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can reserve a unit from our website and then visit our office during normal business hours to do paperwork.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require an identification number from a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to help identify you if you need our assistance.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card monthly.

When are payments due?

Your move-in month’s rent is pro-rated and future payments are due the first of each month. Move-out rent is not pro-rated; if you are in your unit on the first of the month, you pay the entire month’s rent.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes, we sell moving supplies at our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator or Size Guide on our website or call our staff for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or food of any kind. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing, you will be given your own security passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

We do have handcarts on the property, but you will need to bring your own dollie.

Do you require insurance?

No, but we recommend contacting your insurance provider to get coverage for the items you plan on storing. If storing a vehicle, we do require proof of title and insurance.
